Northport, NY VAMC

Vascular Clinic Resident: Nathan E. Kramer

M.D. Vascular Surgical Attendant: Joanne Torre.

"Leg symptons not due to peripheral arterial diseases, but likely due to Peripheral Neuropathy.

*Also note by same* • "Neuropathy likely unrelated to vascular flow, most likely related to Agent Orange Exposure."

Other VAMC departments knowledgeable of my Agent Orange Symptoms and difficulties include Podiatry, Neurology etc...

*Please be advised*

I was born with only one kidney! I did not know until after military service. I should have never been "drafted" - See My VAMC records.

I did not volunteer for service!

I did not ask to go to Vietnam!

I did not ask to serve in areas and to be exposed to toxic chemicals. Agent Orange not only affected my life but thousands of my fellow veterans. This is exacerbated by a Government, a Defense Department. A Judicial System, the Chemical Industry, and various Investigative Departments that denied and showed no concern for the harm done to Veterans.

I attempted to take action in the late 70's and early 80's but to no avail ( See references and denial).

I have maintained good health (diet, exercise, no diabetes, no high blood preasure, no weight gain, no drug abuse, no hepatitis etc....)

all my life to be told I have AGENT ORANGE RELATED NEUROPATHY

causing more difficulties than I have had time to evaluate (lung cancer, liver, kidney, and who knows what else may develop).

The latest information I have is: "Service Connected Disability

Compensation for Exposure to Agent Orange" dated January 2015. "Forward by: Johan Rowan, National President Vietnam Veterans of America.

I need an immediate response to the denial or should I start correspondence elsewhere?

MAY GOD BLESS AMERICA
